Haiti is known as one of the leading and passionate air cargo experts in the region. Having worked in all possible roles in the air cargo business, he now focuses on the IT side of things. Hobbies: cars and basketball.

Markus Paks (partner)

Chief technology officer

Markus leads Qstep tech team but also digs deep into the business logic strenghtening the Qstep team on all fronts. Hobbies: cars, carting and a good party with friends.

Egor Paanukoski

Chief growth officer

Egor combines a number of roles in Qstep: growth, public relations, client relations and HR. Hobbies: fishing, nature wandering, books and basketball .

Hendrik Piiriste (partner)

Air cargo product lead

Hendrik, a senior developer, and a coder to the bone who can deal with any ticket and any issue. Hobbies: roller-skating and dancing.

Account manager

Gabriel combines the role of a software developer with account manager responsibilities. Hobbies: padel, travelling and cracking a good joke.

Taha´s desk has the largest amount of screens, devices and laptops, and no surprise here as he is coordinating and ensuring that Qstep works on all the devices across the markets we are live in. Hobbies: reading tech books, swimming and gym.
