About Us

Qstep’s journey began in the early 2000s in Tallinn, a global hub of digital innovation. Our mission was clear: to create an agile, paperless, and legacy-free air cargo ground handling platform that would seamlessly integrate operational expertise with the latest technology.

In 2009, the first platform went live at Ospentos Cargo Terminal. The solution proved to be highly efficient and intuitive, prompting the decision to scale internationally. In 2014, Qstep Logiciel was formally established as a SaaS platform to serve the global air cargo handling community, combining operational expertise with advanced technology. In 2016, Qstep launched its second software platform for eCommerce logistics.

Today, Qstep solutions are deployed in five major international airports.

We are a member of the Estonian Aviation Cluster and were an active participant in one IATA ONE Record pilot project, helping lay a strong foundation for the creation of a new era also known as the Internet of Logistics (IoL).
