About Us

Qstep story goes back to 2000s when work began in one of Tallinn-based air cargo handling terminals to create agile, paper- and legacy-free air cargo ground handling software system combining cargo handling knowledge with the most modern technology. It went live in 2009 in Ospentos cargo handling terminal.

The platform which was built became so efficient and intuitive that it was decided to take it to the international arena.  In 2014 Qstep logiciel was officially registered with a prime goal to serve air cargo handling  community of independent and network operators offering in-built intuitive business and operations logic supported by the most modern technology. In 2016 we launched our second software platform for ecommerce logistics.
