Released in autumn 2019, KPI monitoring tool in the aircargo handling platform helps backoffice staff to ensure import shipments handling KPI is met. At the actual time of arrival SLA agreed time is shown. In case all shipments from flight were handled on time, indicator would turn green. If SLA is broken, indicator would turn red. The terminal worker in charge of handling a flight will need to enter the reason of the delay, so the management can have a full understanding what might have caused the delay in handling.
