„IT plays a central role in e-commerce logistics as well as in air cargo industry as a whole”, according to Ardi Ratassepp, the CEO of Post11 ecommerce logistics cross-border service provider, speaking today at Estonian Aviation Cluster media event, which brought together the leaders of Estonian aviation industry.
„The duty of Estonian Aviation Cluster is to bring it together and offer solutions to the customer, what we need is a value-added proposal and service for, say, Asia-based clients”, adds Ratassepp.
Post11 is the joint enterprise of Estonian national postal operator Omniva and Chinese delivery services company S.F. Express. Post11 serving nearly 100 destination countries.
Since 2017, Post11 has utilized Qstep e-commerce logistics software platform for its global operations.
